Efficient Bride, Inc. Service Agreement for Vendors

Thank you for registering with EfficientBride.com. By registering at EfficientBride.com, you agree to the following terms below. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY, ESPECIALLY THE LEGAL DISCLAIMER.
1. Your Profile is Your Responsibility. You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, valid, error-free information in the registration process at EfficientBride.com. The personal and company information that you provide in the registration forms will appear as you entered them. After you register, we will send you an e-mail notifying you that your profile has been added to EfficientBride.com. AFTER YOU RECEIVE THIS EMAIL, YOU AGREE TO INSPECT YOUR PROFILE FOR ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES OR INVALID INFORMATION.
2. Updating and Correcting Your Profile. If you find any errors or need to make changes to your online profile, these corrections or additions may be done by logging into your vendor account. If you have problems logging into your account, please email us at info@efficientbride.com
3. Legal Disclaimer. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT THAT YOU SUBMIT TO EFFICIENTBRIDE.COM, INCLUDING CONTACT INFORMATION LISTED IN YOUR PROFILE. EFFICIENT BRIDE, INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS IN YOUR ONLINE PROFILE, SUCH AS MISSPELLINGS, WRONG ADDRESSES, INCORRECT E-MAIL ADDRESSES, INVALID WEBSITE LINKS OR OTHER FALSE INFORMATION.
4. Credit Card Use. Efficient Bride, Inc. wants to make your purchase of our services a convenient and safe experience. We safeguard all payment information that you transmit to us. If someone fraudulently uses your credit card information as a result of you making an online purchase from Efficient Bride, Inc., you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its rules and procedures. If you do so and your credit card provider holds you liable for unauthorized charges, we will reimburse you for the liability up to $50, the limit of your liability under federal law.
5. Refund Policy. We want you to be completely satisfied by the services you receive from Efficient Bride, Inc. If you are not fully satisfied, you may contact us to receive a refund. We will refund you a pro-rated amount based on the amount of time remaining for the service you purchased from Efficient Bride, Inc. The amount refunded to you may include a service charge.
6. Agreement Changes. If we change our Service Agreement for Vendors, we will post the changes on this page.
7. Additional Agreements. Please read and review our General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which also govern your use of EfficientBride.com.
8. Reviews. You may create a hyperlink to EfficientBride.com, as long as it does not portray Efficient Bride, Inc. or its website EfficientBride.com in a derogatory, false or misleading manner. If you, the vendor, choose to be listed on EfficientBride.com, you agree to respect the vendor review policy, including the anonymity of users who submit ratings, reviews and comments on EfficientBride.com that are about the product or service you provide. If you think that a false rating, review or comment has been posted against you, please notify us immediately by sending an email to review@EfficientBride.com. In the e-mail you send to us, please include your name, the name of your company, mailing address, telephone and other contact information. Also include a description of the rating, review or comment in question.
9. Miscellaneous. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Service Agreement for Vendors, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
